BOARD AND TRAIN PROGRAM

Dog World Sarasota offers an opportunity for your dog to board at our facility and take part in individual training with one of our highly skilled trainers during their stay.

1.

MEET WITH A TRAINER.
Before the training begins, you will meet with a trainer to discuss specific behavioral concerns or training goals that you have. Once the trainer completes this meeting, evaluates your dog(s),and decides that it is appropriate for our program, an individualized training program is established, including timeframes.

2.

WORKING ON YOUR SPECIFIC NEEDS.
The Board & Train program then revolves around you and your dogs specific needs. We will work on confidence, obedience and socialization during their stay. Our training sessions may include off-site training at parks, stores, and restaurants to work on behavior in high distraction situations. If/when when appropriate your dog can also socialize in our beautiful dog park.

3.

GO HOME LESSONS.
The Program offers two “go home lessons” for you, the owner, so you can have continued success and the tools needed to provide consistent habits and training in the home setting.

MEET ROOSEVELT

This adorable guy is one of our regular daycare dogs and we are excited to have him in our Board & Train program!

While staying with us, Roosevelt will be fine-tuning his basic obedience skills such as:

• Sit
• Stay
• Down
• Loose leash walking

Soon this cool guy will be showing off his impressive doggy manners.
